Room was clean and spacious. We liked that there were stores near that we could explore. Also, parking was convenient.

Large clean rooms and beds. Excellent staff! All around good service and near restaurants and good location with rail stations nearby.

Beautiful lobby, attentive staff, excellent customer service. Room was spacious and clean. Indoor pool required all guest, female and male to wear a swim cap. Only down side was that I could smell cigarette smoke on two nights but not noticeable any other days/times. Location was not as convenient to subway, although hotel sits between to stations.

Nice stay

The hotel is within a block of 2 subway stations and next door to a large mall with restaurants and a theater. It is a 15 minute walk to the Han River and Ttukseom Park. The staff was so helpful with any requests. There is a convenience store downstairs for any last minute needs. The suite was huge with endless storage. The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. It was a lovely hotel with great staff, amazing room and service. No complaints whatsoever, and the view from our room was magnificiant.

Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Korea so far. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent, and the room was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. 10/10 highly recommend!

The location of this property cannot be beat - easy access to public transport, lots of restaurants, and shopping. Staff was great and rooms were well maintained. Appreciated having 4 twin beds...this is the first time we've each had our own bed, great sleep for all of us!

I liked that the bus from Incheon stopped almost in front of the hotel, location is very good, exit 4 for the subway is right in front of the hotel, I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was really good. Very nice people work there. Thank you.

I liked how we were able to do an early check-in at the hotel. It was also very walkable to the convenience stores and malls as well.
