"Property is located next to Seokchon lake. Very nice area for walking. Also located next to Lotte Tower, where there is plenty of shopping and dining. Also walkable distance to subway lines. There are also many restaurants near the hotel. Stay was comfortable and quiet. Staff were very helpful with all my needs. Room was nice with heated floors. Bathroom was nice as well. "Rare find of roof top swimming pool in the heart of seoul. It was free at night for the type of room i booked but it was extra 120000 krw during the day time for 1.5 hr session/ window. There is a convenient store is right downstairs and It’s located close to Bangi-dong Food Alley which is very popping area food & drinks. The alley has daiso and olive young which was convenient to shop near the stay. Staffs were helpful from check in & out to use of pool on the roof. Clean and modern facility."

"Stayed for 5days in Seoul. Apt was great. Safe, clean and very quiet place. Brand new building which is half block away from the main road. Ac works great, so many restaurants and convenience stores around, bed and bedding are good, there is no lobby but communication was easy by the phone. Everything was great and i definitely will be back next trip. "

"this really is a good hotel in the Gangnam area of Seoul. Definitely an urban location with small rooms, but the price is reasonable and the location is great...very near a subway stop and a very large underground mall. Staff was always super helpful. Our room was comfortable...the mattress was great! The shower was great. There was little space for luggage or to spread things out. Otherwise, this was a great place."
