"This hotel has great potential but the management have made some cost-cutting choices that have let the hotel down. For example, there is no free water in the rooms. Other hotels provide a bottle per person per day. There are no plates for the weight-lifting machines in the gym. The pool was not attended and some tables were dirty. There were some bits at the bottom of the jacuzzi. These are all easily fixable. The staff are very polite and willing to help."

We really enjoyed our night in Lima. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. They have complimentary coca tea in the reception area. The area where it is located, Miraflores, is very safe. It is the preferred area for tourist due to its safety and available restaurants. This hotel was amazing. Checking process was super fast and the staff was very friendly. We didn’t have to wait until 3pm. They had our rooms ready in no time. The breakfast was included with our booking and it was excellent. The fresh bread, fruits and warm stations were constantly replenished. The hotel is only 7 months old so everything is very new and modern. It is the first Hampton n Peru and I’ve never been n a cleaner hotel in the world. Patricia, at the front desk, got a BA n Hospitality 2 years ago and she is very professional n her work. I asked about seeing several places n town and she always knew where they were and printed out a map showing the route I should take. Absolutely awesome place. I got upgraded because of Orbitz, so had a very nice big room. If you like light though, get a room with a view to the outside.

Excellent location! We were in walking distance of so many places we wanted to explore, so many great restaraunts and were able to easily catch an uber or taxi to any place too far to walk. The hotel also helped us to arrange a shuttle from the airport as we had a really late arrival.
