Beautiful carriage house with full kitchen and enough room for my husband and I to have our own spaces when needed. Classy decor and hvac worked efficiently on unexpected 100 degree days. Can’t wait to go back. I also highly recommend Rockport as a fun, quintessential New England coastal town - especially on July 4th. I strongly recommend the Addison Choate!"

"It was a wonderful stay, with glorious views of the ocean waves beating on the rocks. Added surprise was finding out it is next-door to an Elks club. One of the nicest we’ve ever been to. It has a banquet hall, full bar and kitchen which serves lunch and dinners . Fresh haddock was wonderful! We will be back again."
