Maritime Gloucester
Learn more about Gloucester
Fishermen haul their catch into America's oldest seaport while artists capture the scene from Rocky Neck Art Colony, North America's longest-running art colony. The Perfect Storm wasn't just a movie here - it's a way of life. Cape Ann Museum chronicles maritime history before you board a whale watching vessel from the harbor. Half Moon Beach offers respite from summer crowds, while Hammond Castle provides medieval splendor with Atlantic views. Lobster rolls taste better at waterfront shacks where the catch arrived hours earlier. Stage Fort Park delivers rocky coastline panoramas, and Pavilion Beach invites sandy strolls. The harbor's working boats and weathered fishermen tell stories that Hollywood couldn't invent if it tried.

Comfort Inn & Suites Logan International Airport
"The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The property was very clean and well maintained and the room was very spacious clean. Excellent stay and breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had as far as options at a hotel."
Ashworth by the Sea
"View clean room and very close to the beach and the staff very friendly"
Long Beach Suites
"Great location! Easy access to beaches and surrounding restaurants."
Beauport Hotel Gloucester
"We booked for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. When booking we were not advised that children are not allowed at the pool. I researched the hotel website, and had to hunt for the disclaimer. I feel we should have been told at booking and could have made an educated decision whether to stay there or search for more kid friendly amenities. That said, the kids where thrilled with the white chocolate starfish candy at on their pillow. Beautiful hotel. I would return with adults only."

Ocean House Hotel at Bass Rocks
"The room was wonderful- clean and had a deck right off of our slider & we were steps away from a beautiful pool and hot tub. The staff were friendly and helpful. The views of the water crashing on the rocks were amazing and there were chairs set up to sit and enjoy. There was a firepit and they served cookies and coffee in the afternoon & cheese and wine in the early evening. There was a nice breakfast in the morning serving spinach and feta or ham and cheese hot croissants, fruit and bagels and eggs. I would rate our experience a 10 out of 10. Will definitely come again."
The Vista
"The staff are super duper friendly,"
