"Everything was clean the staff was friendly"

"Here’s my honest review for 1 night stay in June 2026. As a worker who travels frequently between NM & TX, this review is honest and painful. Checking in was mediocre, they make you pay a deposit upon checking in, separate from your booking that you already paid for. The pictures on the advertisement must have been on a good day but the property exterior is dirty, weeds growing out of curbs, curbs in dire need of painting, building in dire need of an exterior paint refresh. The lobby is 4 feet...

"The room is much smaller than advertised but the staff is honestly AMAZING!!! If I ever go to El Paso again I will stay here!!! I know I said the rooms weren’t very clean but the staff ( Mom and ARMY daughter- IFYKYK💜) such sweet ladies I would never do it again!! The location is well centered and easy to even get on PT!! "

"The property was so unique and charming! The room was spacious and decorated impressively. There were no issues with checking in or out of the room. I felt safe with the codes on both doors to the residence and room. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked very well. I didn’t use the kitchen area, but for a longer stay, I would definitely feel comfortable cooking! It was quiet the entire stay, and it is located in a decent area that I felt safe walking to and from. I am overall very impressed...

"Everything was perfecto, except a loud noise in the restroom, coming from the fan/extractor. This was running all the time, with lights on or off, but extremely loud. We could hear it even with the dolor closed."

"Everything was great up until the Freight train that runs along the freeway rolls through every few hours. It was pretty loud and I had a 12 hour day of driving the next day overall really clean facility. Location was perfect."
