"This was my second time reserving this hotel with hotels.com. The stay was horrible. First the reservation was not found. Secondly, I got a breakfast buffet rate, but the hotel refused to offer breakfast. The toilet did not flush. The room was horrible. The staff wasn't very helpful. Please remove this hotel from your listings"

"Établissement bien situé pour tout déplacement. Vue extérieur pas très beau à voir. Établissement dont le ménage est fait tous les jours mais trop de cafards, peut-être dû à la saleté de douala. Pas de service voiture entre la résidence et l aéroport ni de taxi surtout quand vous avez un vol à 6h du matin, utiliser l application YANGO pour vos déplacements entre 23h et 7h du matin ."

"Hotelli oli kohtuullisen uusi ja huoneeni mukava ja siisti. Suihku oli hyvä. Kävelymatka rautatieasemalle oli n. 20 minuuttia. Huoneessa ei ollut tarjolla pullovettä, mutta sitä pystyi ostamaan hotellin yökerhosta. Sisäänkirjautuessa respa ei osannut kertoa WLAN:n salasanaa huoneissa (vain respassa olevan WLAN:n) eikä hän saanut sitä selville. Sain salasanan sitten seuraavana aamuna päivävuoron tultua töihin. Hotelli ei myöskään nähnyt, että olin maksanut huoneen jo etukäteen....
