Lovely and great. I enjoyed the place and looking forward to go back

It is quiet and clean. The staff was amazing. One guy at the front desk i believe his name is Francis was very professional and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are clean and modern and the buffet was delicious. The roof top bar was the selling point too. It was airy and relaxing. They have a cabaret on Thursdays but i never got to experience it and i can't wait to go back and experience that. Their manager Ms. Pierette is a wonderful, pleasant, professional and very accommodating...

Great apartment: Roomy, clean ,attentitive staff and great location. The only area that could use some improvement is on the connection between G&G and Expedia. It took a while for my reservation to be found.

We are here for the itf tournament. This was one of their host hotel. The location is off the main road. It as a small market next to the hotel. The rooms are larger than I expected. The bathroom is updated with shower and tub with good hot water. We stayed at royal palace last year. The in dk are bigger and more updated. Hotel staffs are friendly. The hotel restaurant is a hit or miss. The pasta can be good one day and not so good the next day. But the servers are great.

Emmanuel and every other staff member at the front desk were amazing and sooo professional. Dora the housekeeping lady was outstanding. It seemed like someone was making sure my room was spotless at every moment!

Everything was so good

The staff was awesome. From the doorman to security to the receptionist. The suite was clean and upscale with a great view as well. Will definitely come back. It was a pleasant surprise.
