"Nice location near the Saint Sauveur district which has great restaurants and bakeries. I didn't realize the hotel doesn't have an elevator, which was difficult for my 93 yr old mother, but they helped accommodate us by moving us to the 1st from the 3rd floor. Bianca especially was always super helpful and patient."

"Very small room but all we needed for one night. Made us feel like our room in Paris-small but near everything. Staff was very nice. Parking was a tight fit but we managed. I would recommend this place. Don’t forget to go on the roof top and the little store near the back alley had what you needed."

"Beautiful park to walk to across the road. Old Quebec is good to walk to if you enjoy a good 10k+ walk. There is also an amazing breakfast restaurant with a 1 min walk. Nice views from the hotel too "

"It would have been helpful to us if the name of the hotel not just Best Western Plus was given in our booking information. And better signage for the front entrance would have been nice since we got in at midnight and our Uber driver was going to drop us at the corner. Also, the TV was awkwardly placed if trying to watch it from the second bed. The staff was more than helpful, professional and friendly. I defiantly would recommend this hotel to everyone."
