Nice place, recently renovated

I have learned that you really don't get much more out of the higher end hotels, except for maybe a pool and a free but gross breakfast, for a couple hundred dollars more. This hotel is by no means pretentious or flashy. It's charming and incredibly conveniently located, with several fun live comedy/music venues and food options well within walking distance for even the laziest of us. Nice staff

My room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect. My room was 2 queen bed with kitchenette. Safeway just a 1 mn away. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Super close to the University. Staff is super friendly. They also are pet friendly. So my GSD was able to stay with me.

The staff was very helpful. Helpede locate and get drving directions and restuarant directions.

Super cute, retro vibe to this place, VERY clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, the beds were really comfortable after a long day of driving! I don't know much about the location but there wasn't a lot of noise at night. Overall good spot for the price, and I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 4 days/3 nights for a volleyball tournament. Location was great, we were not to far from anything. The rooms were clean and roomy. The staff (especially the front desk) were wonderful, helpful and friendly!!

I travel for a living and staying hotels Monday through Friday. Best Western does about the best job of accommodating business Travelers especially being able to get the free upgrade for platinum members. The hotel is excellent and the staff is always amazing. I've stayed here many times.

We don't really use the amenities, our stays are brief. But the location is great for us.. The staff have always been most helpful and friendly.

A very unique hotel that has a lot of things that a traveler likes such as a comfortable bed, friendly service and easy to get to a good restaurant.

Comfy bed, quiet, great bar food selection, supetb location

It is right next to the Hult Center where we attended an event, nice to just walk next door.

The front desk receptionist was very helpful and attentive. She was also kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is new and beautifully maintained—overall a great experience.

Wonderful brand new hotel that was like a small studio apartment! Very comfortable, well designed, beautiful materials and aesthetic. Extremely clean, quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable. The service at front desk was superb--friendly, knowledgeable and constantly present. The breakfast was ample with nice options. Would definitely recommend staying here and would do so myself should I return to Eugene!
