I stayed here for two nights while visiting the University of Oregon with my daughter. The first night I stayed alone and everything was fine. The second night, around 10:00 p.m., we lost power in our room. We went downstairs, knocked on the office door and windows, rang the doorbell, and repeatedly called the front desk from our room, but no one ever responded. Other guests were also outside their rooms reporting they had lost power. Without electricity, the room became unbearably hot, and we barely slept. We tried opening the window for air, but it had no screen, so we didn’t feel safe leaving it open. The next morning, I called the front desk and was told we were the only room without power because our breaker had tripped, and that staff had only not been available from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. That was simply not true. Even Hotels.com was unable to reach anyone at the motel when they called on our behalf. I requested a partial refund because our second night was unacceptable, but it was denied. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again.

Great value, comfy and clean

Not flashy or anything, but a nice clean, well kept place to stay for a very reasonable price. The gentleman who checked me in was courteous and friendly. Comfortable beds with clean bedding. Only thing missing was a coffee pot, I've stayed in far more expensive places without coffee and there's a store close by so no real loss.

The location is a convinient walk to downtown eugene. The room smelled like cigarettes, there was stains on the towels, shower curtain, mattress and chairs.

The lady working the front desk was very friendly and polite. That almost makes up for the room smelling like stale marijuana, one of the pillows having mold on it, and ants crawling all over the toilet seat when I woke up in the morning.

It in an Industrial area, rather run down. The bathroom had up to date fixtures. The room had the necessary needs, comfortable bed, microwave, refrigerator.
