"We stayed in the caravan which gave us a lot of privacy and it was a beautifully maintained caravan! We were provided heating so it was not at all cold. Decent tea/coffee making facilities. However, was slightly disappointed as the pictures showed a double bed, but when we arrived it was two singles. Beds are slightly small but this is expected in a caravan home."
"Called Homestead for a good reason lovely B&B set in countryside surrounded by cattle and friendly Alpacas we loved it. Staff very helpful, breakfasts in room tasty and adequate."
"Lovely older style motel. Rooms were large, modern, clean, warm and very comfortable. Staff were super friendly. Off the street so it was very quiet too."
"The grounds were immaculate, and the staff were fantastic—friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast was simple but delicious, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was warm and cosy. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return."
"We love staying here. The staff are so welcoming and it is so appreciated that we can bring our dog when travelling for work. It's a really convenient location and we enjoy the peaceful location and nice grounds."

The room was so cozy and comfortable and we loved that the owner’s animals were so friendly. We were able to pet a cow and some alpacas. He even trained one of them to trade kisses for bread! 10/10 would stay again.
We absolutely loved our stay at Cambridge on Kelly Road! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the bathroom was huge—a wonderful bonus. The property offers great amenities and has a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
The property seemed very new. Clean, bright, comfortable with nice extras— a free pass to the fitness center just a few yards away, free laundry services. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. When we ordered a birthday breakfast for the room, the staff cam up singing ‘Happy Birthday’ with a piece of cake , candles and ice Cream. Ludi at the front desk was especially helpful. The food at the restaurant/room service was very very good.
★★★★★ Amazing farm stay near Hobbiton
We absolutely loved this lodge. The privacy was exceptional, and the property is located on a beautifully maintained farm with fresh, clean country air.
Being so close to Hobbiton made the experience even more special. Waking up in the morning felt like stepping into Hobbiton itself, surrounded by peaceful farmland and stunning scenery.
The farm-fresh milk, jam, and butter were outstanding—simple, authentic, and some of the best we’ve ever tasted. Every...
Everything about this motel is first-class. Our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable and loaded with amenities. The management was very welcoming and helpful in many ways. Highly recommended.
The apartment was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed and nicely equipped kitchen. The hotel is further from Hamilton than I had expected, but the little town of Morrinsville had plenty of restaurants and grocery stores.
