Staff went beyond expected to accommodate our requests when we needed for unexpected events.

Excelente hotel con una ubicación privilegiada. El personal sumamente atento y servicial. El Buffett de desayuno pudiera mejorar ofreciendo mayor variedad.

Property was wonderful and walking distance to everything. Only issue we had was that the safe in the closet was not bolted down, and could have been picked up and carried out.

We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family. The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.

Great location

We only stayed 1 night but the room was clean and quiet (we had an inner room). Bed was super comfortable & AC worked great. The location was very convenient for walking around the plazas & close to tons of bars & restaurants. We would stay again!

Located in the Gran Vía. Hotel has great restaurants and a great bar.

The location was excellent in the heart of the city. The only issue we had was the air cond/heater. It didnt work; however, when we called, they came went into the roof in the room and the heat came on. Everything else was excellent.

Everything was brand new. The room was very clean, and the staff was great. All perfect!

Location, location, location. Just few steps to Gran Via and Plaza del Sol. Nice, modern rooms. 5 stars for cleanliness. Quiet even on the middle of action. Only complaint, my room have parque floors that need repair. A little bit noisy. Overall, wonderful experience. Surely to return!

It’s located in an excellent location, you have everything you need to enjoy your stay, very close to you. The staff is very nice! What I didn’t like was the shower, the floor of the shower is very slippery, you have to be very careful not to fall, and I told them!

The hotel consists of two buildings. We had booked a triple room which was not available due to work being done in one of the buildings. We were given two connecting rooms which was even better. The modern style rooms were on the small size, but were clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom towels were like new and the bedding was very comfortable. We had no problems with the free wifi. The hotel is in a nice and safe area outside of city center. The metro station was within easy walking...

Loved the hotel and great service

Excellent location. Great staff. Rooms are immaculate and decorated beautifully. This is my 2nd time staying here. Lovely hotel. Breakfast is amazing. While not close to all the major museums, it is extremely close to the buses that will take you to them in minutes. Also, only about 3 blocks from the bus/train station. Bus 200 will take you from/to Madrid Barajas airport. If I ever come back to Madrid, I will stay here.
