"The rooms had just been remodeled so they were even better than what was expected. The staff showed us to our room and explained how to use the lights (key card in the slot, something Americans aren’t used to) and how to operate the air conditioner controls. This is a fantastic hotel, beautiful, luxurious and welcoming. The staff was fantastic--incredibly helpful and generous. This was our first time in Madrid (so we haven't stayed anywhere else) but this was pretty unbeatable and I cannot imagine going anywhere else when we return to the city. I've traveled pretty extensively in Europe, and stayed at some pretty upscale places in London, Paris, Frankfurt, etc., but none offered the same balance of comfort, ease, privacy and fancy.

Three couples stayed there for a few nights during April while touring Madrid. We learned the subway and bus to get to the museums. Found this hotel at last minute and wow, we were impressed. It was like having our own apartment fully finished with comfortable bed living area large TV washing machine and kitchen. Location was great and receptionist at check in was helpful friendly and fast.
The hotel consists of two buildings. We had booked a triple room which was not available due to work being done in one of the buildings. We were given two connecting rooms which was even better. The modern style rooms were on the small size, but were clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom towels were like new and the bedding was very comfortable. We had no problems with the free wifi.
