Einfach schrecklich. Dass Hotel.com diese Unterkunft vermittelt ist nicht nur unverständlich, sondern auch skandalös.
Ich bin nach 10 Minuten wieder abgereist. Hotel vom bietet auch keine Möglichkeit bei derartigen Mängeln sofort Hilfe zu bekommen. Stornierung gehe nicht da zu spät. Also ist das Geld weg....

We absolutely loved this hotel! Everything about it was so well thought out, planned and designed with beauty, naturalness and functionality at it's core. It was comfortable on a cooler rainy day due to the indoor pool, steam room and sauna and on the warm sunny days it was great to have the beautiful beach at your doorstep! We were in 2 adults, 1 child of 8 and other of 3 years old. There were 1 double and 2 single beds, so for a family of 4, it was perfect. In the bedroom, there is AC with timer, which was very helpful to sleep at night.
This is not a hotel, so do not expect room service, but still they provide clean towels and sheets whenever you like. They have an external room with any of these items accessible 24 hours. In this room, it is also possible to use the laundry machine, with washing powder also...

Very clean, quaint hotel, the staff was very helpful Gave us many suggestions a plus was umbrella and chairs for the beach. We definitely recommend it would go back. Location is awesome. Probably connects to the beach four minute walk to all the shops and restaurants specious very user-friendly. I loved it five stars.
All the staff went above and beyond to best cater our stay for our honeymoon. Housekeeping was spectacular and non-intrusive, Roman was always available to make all of our requests a breeze, and we always felt at ease when being served by Chris, Sharon, and Ana. This property isn't located in the tourist area, but down the street in a neighborhood with nice houses. It's very quiet and secluded**, which is exactly what we wanted. There's also a trail that leads to a private beach. There's a really nice seafood restaurant about a half mile away but if you want to be in the thick of things or be walkable to many attractions, then I'd suggest you stay somewhere else. we staying in mid-July and along with one other couple were the only people in the hotel. However, the staff was all there and very attentive. The rooms were clean, very modern, and relatively spacious. We had a second floor room with a view of the water, which is ideal. Not all rooms had water views. It was a very nice, small hotel. The breakfast was made-to-order and plentiful. There are many restaurants within a short walk (1 block), so lots of choices. I would definitely go back.
