"I had a wonderful time with my family and friends. The hotel is gorgeous and peaceful. Everybody was super nice and helpful. Food amazing, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, natural juice, variety of fruits, breads and pastries, the coffee was delicious!!! The hotel was always clean and beautiful, exotic trees, little monkeys and many birds, a paradise!!! I will definitely come back!!! "I checked in close to midnight and immediately noticed that the sheets and pillows were dirty and covered in hair. We requested a room change, but the second room was even worse, with broken items and very poor cleanliness. At that hour, we didn’t have time or energy to keep switching rooms, so we stayed. Overall, it was an absolute disaster and extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid in Brazilian currency. I would not recommend this hotel."
