"It’s an excellent hotel with helpful staff and one block from the beach. The only problem was the key cards kept de-programming and I needed to go to the front desk many times during a two day stay just to get the keys reprogrammed. Very annoying situation which tainted an otherwise wonderful experience."

"Close to the beach and excellent breakfast! However, the actual room is not amazing, it’s functional but pretty old and depending on your floor, there’s no lift to get straight to it. Shower is ok, not much pressure and it’s pretty noisy at night. The pool and spa areas are great and the location too."

"Hotel velho, confortável e em reforma. Restaurante excelente. Café da manhã razoável pelo preço da diária. Todos os dias tive que pedir iogurte sem sabor, pq não havia disponível. Café coado, se vc quiser café expresso tem que pagar, embora de cortesia tenha máquinade caféexpresso no quarto com 2 cápsulas gratuitas."

"Liked: very clean, having a kitchen, good safe location, access to bus and public bike nearby. Nice rooftop terrace and very good prices. Self check in with code via WhatsApp. Drip coffee maker. Disliked: no hair dryer, no frying pan. Pots and pans supplied are very cheap quality. Only 2 pillows on a large bed. Suitable for short stays. I was happy overall even though I really needed a hair dryer!"

"The breakfast was a nice little menu and it was a fresh and hot. There was plenty to eat a variety of cakes, bread, meats, cheeses, egg, sausage, fruit, coffee every staff member that we had interaction with was extremely professional and nice. We had our seven month old baby with us and they had no issues with heating up our water downstairs at the reception area to make his formula. The hotel was old and in need of some repairs, but the staff made things worth the stay. The location was very good and there was some very good restaurants close by and it’s within walking distance of the US consulate. "
