The breakfast was a nice little menu and it was a fresh and hot. There was plenty to eat a variety of cakes, bread, meats, cheeses, egg, sausage, fruit, coffee every staff member that we had interaction with was extremely professional and nice. We had our seven month old baby with us and they had no issues with heating up our water downstairs at the reception area to make his formula. The hotel was old and in need of some repairs, but the staff made things worth the stay. The location was very good and there was some very good restaurants close by and it’s within walking distance of the US consulate.

Minha experiência no hotel ficou abaixo do esperado. Embora eu soubesse que se tratava de uma hospedagem em um prédio mais antigo, o problema não é a idade das instalações, mas a falta de manutenção e de cuidados com a limpeza. Ao chegar ao quarto, percebi que os travesseiros estava sem fronha. Além disso, os travesseiros eram muito antigos e aparentavam bastante desgaste. A parede ao lado da cama estava visivelmente suja, o pano de chão disponibilizado no banheiro parecia já ter sido utilizado anteriormente, com marcas evidentes de uso, e o chuveiro ficou pingando durante toda a estadia. As áreas comuns também deixam a desejar: os corredores são muito escuros, o que transmite uma sensação de descuido. O café da manhã também não agradou. A variedade é limitada e, de modo geral, os alimentos não eram muito apetitosos, deixando a desejar em qualidade e apresentação. Quanto ao atendimento, os funcionários da recepção, de forma geral, não foram muito prestativos. Faço apenas um elogio à atendente que prontamente realizou a troca do meu quarto quando solicitei, demonstrando boa vontade em tentar resolver a situação. O ponto positivo da hospedagem foi, sem dúvida, a localização. O hotel fica no Recife Antigo, muito próximo de diversos pontos turísticos e culturais, o que foi bastante conveniente para o compromisso que eu tinha na cidade. No entanto, acredito que o hotel precisa investir em limpeza, conservação, manutenção e na qualidade dos serviços oferecidos para propor

Não recomendo e não retendo voltar. A limpeza deixa a desejar - fiquei de meia e a mesma só fede a barata, assim como o banheiro. No primeiro dia, asdim que cheguei no andar que ficaria, senti o cheiro forte de mofo - as paredes estavam mofadas. Ao entrar no quarto, o mofo tbm estava - inclusive com infiltrações próximo ao ar-condicionado e teto do banheiro. A água do chuveiro não é quente; O banheiro tem baratinhas (matei 3); A água da torneira sai escura e a do vaso tbm. Ao questionar, a pessoa do WhatsApp da recepção disse que era um problema da Compesa; Não tem cobertas no quarto; Na manhã do segundo dia, não tinha água no chuveiro. Informei ao hotel, disseram que fariam manutenção - só fizeram à tarde, fui trabalhar sem tomar banho. O Café da manhã tem bastante opção. Porém, as mesas estão sempre com pratos sujos - não fica uma pessoa coordenando a limpeza. Experiência bem ruim, apior que já tive em hotel.
