"I arrived quite late due to a delayed flight, checking in around 10:00-11:00 PM. Despite the late hour, Santiago at the front desk was there to welcome and assist me. He was exceptionally friendly, took the time to show me around the property, and immediately made me feel at home. Before arriving at Hôtel Crayon, I had spent a month traveling throughout Europe and stayed at several hotels along the way. Although my stay at the Crayon was just under three days, it was by far the most welcoming and memorable experience of my trip. The warm hospitality and genuine care shown by the staff made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with unique décor and distinctive themes throughout the rooms. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive, and I especially enjoyed my conversations with Santiago, who was both knowledgeable and personable. The location is another major advantage. Situated within walking distance of the Louvre, the hotel is in a safe and vibrant neighborhood surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and shops. If you are looking for a hotel that offers a unique atmosphere and a personalized guest experience, Hôtel Crayon is an excellent choice. Should I return to Paris in the future, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to Santiago and the entire team for making my stay truly unforgettable."

"Staff was very helpful. TV only had a couple of cable options not many. Would’ve been nice to have international news not just British or French. Air-conditioning was not great, but I know that is pretty typical for Paris. Hallway was a little dingy, low light and had a particular smell. Not a bad smell, but just like cleaning supplies. Maybe better ventilation? The buffet was really not good at all especially for the price. Dining area was extremely crowded. Could hardly pass by to get your food. The lobby and hallways could use some modernization."
