"The staff were helpful. Property is well maintained. Main door is locked at all times which makes it difficult upon arrival when you don’t have a key. Should provide instructions regarding arrival to avoid confusion. Buzzer is hidden behind a plant. Room was recently renovated with new furniture. Lovely bathroom but had a plumbing odour which wasn’t pleasant. Neighbourhood has restaurants nearby but not in a great area. I didn’t have issues but there was potential."

"Excellent location. Helpful staff. Very clean. Comfy bed. Quiet enough. Nice sitting areas. Breakfast is fine. They would get an additional star for providing basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion in the large bottles (for the environment) like others do. There is only hand/body soap in the room. Must request other items. There is no shampoo at all. Suggesting that I use the shower gel to wash my hair put me off. I had to go to the pharmacy, which was inconvenient. Overall, very nice stay."

"We had a nice stay, our suite was spacious, comfortable bed and a pull out couch. There is no elevator, so be prepared to get your luggage upstairs, although staff offered to help if needed. Great location, walking distance to the Louvre, other attractions and tons of restaurants nearby. My only complaint is the WiFi left much to be desired, working maybe half the time, that being said, I would stay here again."
