"10/10 for everything. we were warmly greeted both when checking in and out of Quest. Nothing was too much trouble for every member of staff. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was very well laid out, clean and very comfortable. we had a car and had prior to visit arranged for a parking space, although it cost $15 pn we were able to park our car in a gated secure car park at the back of the hotel, which gave us piece of mind and well worth the cost. "The resort is beautiful, a peaceful place and very clean. The room was very comfy, and we liked it all. We have to mention the reception's staff. They were very friendly, attentive, and funny. We checked in very late, and the receptionist (the Sudanese guy) was very friendly and funny. During checkout, Timna patiently answered our questions and kept her beautiful smile. We felt very welcomed and will surely come back soon. I highly recommend this place if you want to escape from the city's noise...

"Great location in the middle of the national park. Main building had character and both dinner and breakfast were very good. Staff were really friendly and polite especially Chez(!) who was very positive and helpful. Room was comfortable if not a little tired and in need of some TLC but all in perfect for an overnight stay."

Lots of options of places to visit and eat close by as well. Stop at the Guildford Tourist Centre for a map. We enjoyed our 3 day stay immensely."
