"We were so lucky to find this hotel at short notice. Perfectly positioned next to the lake in Como. The hotel has only just opened after extensive refurbishment and it is beautiful. The staff couldn't be more helpful and the service was first class.

A new hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful planning our day trips. Food was was delicious! Rooftop bar is recommended! Had the king superior room although its their smallest room it was large enough for my wife and I. Location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. Would stay again.

I would strongly recommand this place. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The room is very nice, clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable. They left some local cookies in the room as well as water for us, they even gave us complimentary bottle of champagne! We asked for a restaurant recommendation and they even called and made a reservation for us. They made us feel home and treated us like family. Highly recommend this place. It’s ideal location. Close to everything especially the ferry dock where you can buy the ferry tickets and lots of restaurants and shopping places within 2-3 minutes. The main train station Saint Giovani is within reasonable walking distance. The place is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The management staff is also very responsive. I love hearing the church bell every morning We had a great stay. Thank you.
We enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed having air conditioning in our room as the weather was unusually hot. The breakfast was outstanding and morning staff very polite and accommodating.
