Great service and hospitality

Nice hotel, clean, decent size rooms and comfortable bed. Front desk speaks English and is very friendly and helpful. Shower has rain option, and is nice and hot for a long time. Very central to everything, easy to walk to whatever you want to see.

An oasis of good service in the south Caucasus, especially after the flag change to Doubletree. Young, friendly, well trained English-speaking staff. In Yerevan and elsewhere, unfortunately, expect to be taken for a ride by some who will invariably try to overcharge you/rip you off (some taxi drivers, some restaurants-even national chain ones- and even stores), but despite it all it is always good to get back to the hotel and feel at home again with friendly staff, and the country itself is...

Family of 5 us stayed here for 2 weeks. The hotel is excellent, clean, stuff is very helpful for everything and the hotel is close to everything. We recommend this hotel for everyone.

We loved everything about our stay

We had a wonderful stay at Rooftop Apart hotel. We stayed in the two bedroom suite for our family of 4, and it was perfect. Room was large, new, and clean. Location was great too. We specifically loved all of the staff members there, especially Ruzanna. She was an excellent cook. Made us breakfast, served us coffee every morning, and was always welcoming. She paid attention to our needs, and our kids LOVED her. We will miss her and the staff dearly.

The best hotel in yerevan very friendly and is the best hotel

The property was in a great location, close to everything. It was a modern, comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a pleasant stay, including a fridge, washing machine, stove, kettle, and all the necessary dishes. The linens and bedding were clean as well. The host was very responsible and responsive, always answering our questions promptly—even late at night—which we really appreciated. One small suggestion would be to have a vacuum cleaner available in the apartment. The floors...
