The hotel is in an excellent location downtown. Staff were friendly. Room was immaculate.

In Yerevan on business for a couple of weeks, I fled the gorgeous but overpriced Marriott in Republic Square, and moved a couple of blocks down the street to the Republica. What a contrast! Great service and hospitality

An oasis of good service in the south Caucasus, especially after the flag change to Doubletree. Young, friendly, well trained English-speaking staff. In Yerevan and elsewhere, unfortunately, expect to be taken for a ride by some who will invariably try to overcharge you/rip you off (some taxi drivers, some restaurants-even national chain ones- and even stores), but despite it all it is always good to get back to the hotel and feel at home again with friendly staff, and the country itself is...

My husband's family lives in Yerevan so we travel there at least once a year. We have stayed at various hotels, but Nova is our favorite. As we were staying for more than a week, we wanted some extra space and booked the studio suite. We were glad we did. The view from the 5th floor was good. I took a Shiatsu massage in the spa and enjoyed it so much, I repeated it a couple of days later. Well worth spoiling yourself!

We loved everything about our stay

We had a wonderful stay at Rooftop Apart hotel. We stayed in the two bedroom suite for our family of 4, and it was perfect. Room was large, new, and clean. Location was great too. We specifically loved all of the staff members there, especially Ruzanna. She was an excellent cook. Made us breakfast, served us coffee every morning, and was always welcoming. She paid attention to our needs, and our kids LOVED her. We will miss her and the staff dearly.

Spent 5 nights at this hotel, starting with a very late check in and early morning checkout. Staff was eager to please, even making sure to prepare a small breakfast on the checkout date. Rooms a standard, bathroom equipped with a shower not a bath. Felt like the rooms could be better kept, but no real issues. Location is awesome, with a short minute walk to republic square and all the attractions of central Yerevan

I stayed in for 3 weeks and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean room, friendly staff and delicious breakfast.
