Hotel has a great location across from Vernisage weekend market. Larger well maintained rooms. I had a junior suite with small balcony; although not much of a view. Hotel is well maintained, with attentive staff. Only complaint is the variety and quality of breakfast buffet. Very unusual items that would have been better suited for a lunch buffet. I enjoyed every day of my stay at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, just a couple of meters away from the Republic Square. And also shout out to the professional service they provide. The guys at the front desk and the waiters at the breakfast were awesome! They have this amazing restaurant at the top of the building, letting you to have a perfect view of the beautiful Yerevan. The SPA was also great. I highly recommend.

It was a great stay! Great nightly rates; the rooms were quiet and clean with screens on some of the windows, with a personal desk available for work purposes. There was a small kitchen where one could prepare their own meals during the day or night. The owner, this Russian woman, was very nice and nothing less that helpful and warm. Despite being tucked away in a neighborhood that looks a bit sketchy, it was very close to a main bus station and not too far of a walk from the city center. I...
