The hotel is tucked away and a little hard to find not helped by Google maps. However it is very well located in the centre of the city. The room was not ready at 3:45 when I arrived so I had a 15 minute wait. The room itself is basic but it does the job. the carpets could stand replacing with hardwood floors and there was some mould growing in the upper reaches of the bathroom. The view was great as it was also from the deck of the breakfast room on the 15th floor. The breakfast itself was extremely basic and one of the worst breakfast i had on this trip.

Staff were brilliant. Super helpful and friendly. They organised an airport transfer for me on my last day (albeit very expensive) When my first room was so far away from the WiFi that there was no signal they moved me to another room. The WiFi was still not super reliable either. I did pay for an Ararat mountain view from my room. However after the move, I'm pretty sure I was in a standard one. No reimbursement for a cheaper room was offered. The bed was firm but comfortable. The room had Aircon and a mini bar. I just put my own stuff in there to keep it refrigerated. Annoyingly, the showerhead pings up if you put the shower on full power (This happened in both rooms I was in) So not a bad stay overall, just a bit of an inconvenience at times. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent too and the views from the room terrace were great. That is when Mount Ararat isn't behind a haze. As I said, the staff were exceptional and did everything they could to make my stay a good one.

Friendly staff, the location is fantastic, the room was big. The terrace was great to have the morning coffee. The hot food had limited options - basically a different type of omelette.

There was NO HEAT in the room, we spent the first night freezing cold. -11 C outside! And all the stuff had done - gave us a tiny portable heater! Unacceptably. Unbelievable. So we left and now I’m fighting to get my money back.

Nice hotel in the center of Yerevan. Should be rated 4* instead of current 3* Cons - constant rain of AC condensate around the hotel; scanty breakfast. Lavash is the only bread offered. Only one set of pepper/salt for all guests. Wonder how much they saved by not providing salt on each table in dining area.

I had a lot of trouble finding this hotel entrance. GPS took my driver to the wrong place. It has a street address but is not faced onto the street. Look for the Dors Craft Beer Restaurant. There is an alley next to it with a small hotel sign. Enter the alley and that is where the entrance is. There is a gate across the alley that is open daytime and early evening, but later it is closed, so if you will be arriving late, check with the hotel. It was a 10 minute walk to Republic Square. The staff were all nice and helpful. Decent breakfast on the 15th floor from 8-11; wish it started by 7:30 as 3 days I had day tours and had to be at the starting point by 8:30, so no time to eat. There are several small stores nearby so you can pickup some yogurt and fruit to put in your fridge for the morning, also my room had a hot water pot to make tea or instant coffee. Friday and Saturday night there was music above me, but it stopped before midnight, but since I had to get up Saturday at 2 a.m. I didn't have the quiet I needed to grab a good nap. The room was well equipped and I appreciated that I could open the window or balcony door for some fresh air, especially as the hallway was VERY heavily scented. If you are sensitive to that, beware. One elevator for access. This hotel has less expensive rooms on the 2nd floor, and more rooms on the 14th floor, so be sure what you are reserving. I could see Mt. Ararat from my balcony (when it was not clouded over).

Lo bueno es la vista y el desayuno.

El hotel está bien ubicado y el desayuno es bueno, así como las vistas. Lo mejorable es que el cuarto de baño no tiene calefacción y está frío en comparación con la habitación. Por otra parte la habitación es más bien pequeña, y la mesa de trabajo no tiene silla: entré la que había en la terraza. Por lo tanto es poco conveniente si el viaje es de trabajo.Creo que por el precio se pueden encontrar hoteles con habitaciones más amplias y cómodas. Lo mejor es la vista

Zentrales Hotel mit Vor- und Nachteilen

Zentral gelegen, gute Aussicht von Balkons und Frühstücksterrasse, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Entgegen der Beschreibung kein kostenloses Mineralwasser. Klimaanlage teilweise sehr laut (Zimmer 4). WLAN nicht stabil, schwach. Frühstück lala, Möbel teilweise defekt.

Location is pretty good, as good as the popular chains. It could be hard to find but they have a few signs. The thing to remember is it really is only the 14th floor of a building. Nice terrace. Good internet. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.
