This is a perfect location, such easy access to the park, subway, great restaurants, and theater. The rooms are spacious and we appreciated having a kitchenette, rare in the city hotels, and a separate living area. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful time and recommend TMC highly.

The room was very comfortable. We signed up for the junior suite. Made the wrong assumption that it would have King beds, it has queen beds. We made it work. Also, the elevator s were getting renovated, so the elevator wait time was extra ordinary. Would have been nice if we were warned in advance.

Room and location were good. The Expedia listing stated "free self parking" which is not entirely correct. On weekends, you can park on the street for free if you find a space, but there is no free parking facility at the hotel. The listing on Expedia is misleading. Valet parking is available for $35 per day.

We took the smallest suite and it was still very spacious and comfortable, with a living room and a small kitchen. You need to know that Expedia describes it with a free parking. That is wrong, it is 35$ per day. Perfect location to visit NY

Executive JUNIOR Suite - Amazing!!! This is such a nice hotel. The lobby is lovely with lots of really comfortable leather armchairs while you wait for your room. I know how hard it must be for the staff to get people checked in as the check-in time is 4 PM and so many people take redeye flights to get to New York, I saw so many people try to get early check-in, including myself. And I booked through a third-party app, which told me I had a 3 PM check-in time. But James at the front desk totally accommodated me and got me in to my room at 2 PM and I cannot thank him enough. James is the man! And this hotel is a delight. I'm in a junior executive suite and it is one of the nicer hotel rooms I've ever gotten in New York. Super comfy and nice queen size bed, loveseat, and armchair, bistro table with two chairs, kitchenette with Italy, coffee amenities, microwave fridge, and dishes. Powerful cold AC in the lobby and in my room. As hot water as you need in the shower/tub combination. Plant-based soap, shampoo and conditioner/amenities. And very affordable for Midtown Manhattan. I highly recommend! James at the front desk made my check in amazing and really got my stay in New York off to an amazing start. Guys like that or why they say. I ❤️NY!

The description of this property needs to be updated. The check-in time is later than it states in their description, the parking isn’t free, like stated, and is charged per every 24 hours which we weren’t informed of. The property was clean but not a place I would stay again because of the lack of communication.

Very nice staff. We had a one bedroom, 2 bathroom on the 18th floor. Roomy, newly renovated bathrooms. Having been in some very small NYC hotel rooms, I would definitely stay here again. Calm, quiet club floor on the 26th floor open to anyone.

The location was perfect. The hotel was beautiful and immaculate. My concerns were specifically with the room. The room temperature remained quite cool (62 degrees) regardless of how many adjustments I made. The bathroom sink had multiple cracks and the shower drain was broken.

The check in process because your website did not disclose that there would be an exorbinet hold on my credit card and your APP said there was free on site parking and there is not and you said on your web site that check in is at 3pm and it is not it is at 4pm You are not honest Hotels.com and I will never use you again The hotel was wonderful especially the staff at the front desk

The hotel is in an excellent, walkable location. It's not quiet--NYC is a very noisy city! There is a 24 hour doorman and front desk which made it feel safe. The furniture in the living area of our executive junior sutie was a bit worn. The style of the sofa caused the cushions to slide out when you sat down. It was otherwise quite comfortable. The windows only opened about 3 inches, and the cooling system/fan seemed to make the room warmer. I tend to get too hot at night so that was a bother. I never asked for a fan--so that was my fault as they were very accomodating.

Great location close to Central Park and major midtown sights with subway options nearby. Local supermarkets close by. We loved our 2 room 2 bathroom apartment - very handy for a family of 4. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. We also utilised the kitchenette fully. Staff were accommodating. Didn’t have much chance to visit the lounge but breakfast was available for a fee. Would definitely stay again.
