El hotel esta es un pueblito pequeño y se siente bastante aislado, pero es un hotel muy comodo. A tener en cuenta es que el tren pasa muy cerca del hotel. Pense que seria un problema por el ruido, pero no se si estaba muy cansada o la cama estaba tan comoda que despues de un rato no note el tren y dormi como un bebe.

Todo muy bien limpieza, estado de la propiedad e instalaciones, el unico problema el tren, pero luego nos percatamos que el ruido del tren tambien se escucha en Lava Hot spring por eso decidimos calificarlos con esta puntuación

Don’t be fooled by the Bates Motel appearance of the outside. This place is great!I Check in is easy if you call the number provided. I use this motel a couple of times a year.

The room was clean and big too, the bathroom was small but not a big deal, the only thing I did notice that we did not have a hair dryer which was a bummer. Overall It was really functional nice and clean I would for sure away here again.

Very reasonably priced. Loved the fact that they include a fully functional kitchen. Only problem was that there weren't enough chairs or space at the table for more than 1 person to eat. Beds fairly comfortable. Host is responsive and helpful. Room clean. Outside appears a bit unremarkable but the rooms are nicer than the outside alludes to. Overall, I am glad we found this place.

Room was great! Check in was odd having to call a phone number that I had to leave a message at but didn’t get a return call. Another guest who I met in the parking lot gave me a different number that got me right through to the person who gave me the key code and then all was smooth.

Stayed in Room #7. Interior was all new. Bathroom though a tad small, was laid out perfectly, excellent water pressure and good, quick hot water. The kitchen was full-size, full size fridge, stove, microwave, cupboards dishes ect. Very clean. It was off the beaten path by alot and we had a little trouble finding it. When we first pulled in, we weren't sure about the place. The outside was very old, but as soon as we went inside we were happy. The "gem" valley has some very interesting history, we discovered as well. The train passes pretty close and blows its whistle during the day, but at night it does not or perhaps just not close to the motel. All in all a square deal and we will likely stay again. Used it enroute to Jackson, Grand Teton, Yellowstone and ultimately Cody, WY on a summer trip.

Calling to check in was a bit confusing cause the phone number provided in one email wasn't correct. Once I found another number listed I was helped and taken care of by the friendly staff. The area was clean and the rooms were decent. Has a small kitchen and fridge to cook or store food and there's AC unit. There was a TV to watch but didn't utilize it. The room was clean and nice place to stay the night. 15 minutes from lava hot springs so was convient.
