The room was what I needed. The location was perfect and everything was clean. There was no air conditioner so it got pretty hot in the room.

Great location right in the middle of the city! Place was very clean. Few amenities, but that’s the idea.

Incredibly clean, perfectly located, I'd absolutely stay here again! Only wish that laundry was available for our stay as they had machines, but need a card for them.

Perfect facility! Great location Staff keep the property so clean! Everything you could need for a kitchen and place to relax. Would definitely recommend staying here, and will be staying here again.

It was a dorm room and super quiet, clean and easy. Staff was very courteous and were happy to help. But it is a dorm room so if you are looking for a hotel then book that. If you want a cheaper option in a great area of Halifax then this is it. Totally happy.

Very nice and clean room. The shared bathrooms need a floor upgrade. Otherwise our stay was great at this property.

Great location, close to the Wharf area. Double bed room was very small but great for a one night stay. Exactly what we needed. The entire building was immaculate! Bathrooms, common area, room everything was very clean and well maintained! Thankfully it was a little cooler at night, no air conditioning but a fan was included in the room so it made it very comfortable.

Very easy check in process. They provided towels, beddings which was great! Washrooms were very clean and nearby.

One of the most affordable places to stay on the peninsula. I was honestly so impressed by how clean it was - one of the highlights. The only flaw was my bed mattress was older and not the most comfortable to sleep on, but for a short term stay, you can’t get much better than this spot.

Understand that you are booking a no frills college dorm room with two private bathrooms/showers shared by eight rooms. Also the room was too warm with no controls for what I think was some kind of central A/C. Fortunately there was no one else staying in the suite. The room is two blocks from the waterfront. Basically was adequate if you need a place to sleep and no more

room is clean and so as the common areas, very well organized. Just a note there is no shampoo provided, so bring your own.

Stayed ,1 night July 2026. Everything met our expectations. Windows opened to allow for a breeze. Could not find an elevator but we were on the 2nd floor so no big deal. Quiet, clean, great location. Parking spots on street were all taken so parked at the multistorey lot across from MEC. Very expensive - $32 for 16 hrs
