The hotel staff we uncaring, and seemed disinterested in dealing with our issues. We arrived having asked for an upper room to early check-in. When we arrived we were not given the room early and when we were given our room, it was for a ground floor room. Further, once we entered, we discovered the room had not been cleaned from the nighr before. As such, we had to sit in the lobby with our belongings until 4pm, one hour after their posted check-in and much later than the early check in we had asked for. When suggesting this was unacceptable, the staff did not care and only gave excuses about being busy. Further, they suggested that we didn’t get our requests because we booked with expedia. The implication was that we erred by booking with Expedia and that by doing so put us at a disadvantage. We were fully disappointed with our stay and request a full refund. Please get back to us asap.
