I had a lovely stay and nothing was too much bother for Sue. Lots of choice for breakfast. I would happily stay here again. Even had a scarecrow trail whilst I was there with an amazing entry at the guesthouse.

Great friendly place to stay. Host very accommodating, room very comfy with extras (kettle and a coffee machine, fridge, bottled water, biscuits). Exceptional breakfast, so much choice. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

The owner of the bed and breakfast, Sue, did everything to make sure that my stay was good. Nothing was too much of a problem, with an exceptional breakfast. I will go there again in the future with no hesitation.thank you Hillside👍.

We could not recommend Hillside B&B highly enough. We would have no hesitation in recommending to our friends & family. Nice clean, spacious room, lovely breakfast options including fruit, cereal & cooked including full English. There is parking at the rear and there was always a space available during our stay. So friendly & welcoming!

I had a really wonderful time staying here. The breakfast was very tasty, the garden was beautiful and I felt really looked after. I would definitely come back again! Only small issue was the parking. Luckily it is not busy so there is parking at the back but I can feel this might come to issue since it's a small car park and you dont want to park on the side of the road but tbh this is very minor and it's a bit nitpicking as I have really enjoyed my stay.

What a beautiful place. Sanford is a lovely village. The owner is very welcoming and clearly takes pride in her B&B. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was perfect! Fantastic pub down the road called the Lamb inn. Felt very cared for during our stay would highly recommend.

Excellent B&B - why pay for a hotel?

Needed a bed for the night on a business trip. I was pleasantly surprised - good size room, comfortable bed, TV, WiFi, kettle and avTassimo coffee machine. More comfortable and welcoming than a lot of hotels. Very quiet village with a pub across the road. Kind of place I would like to stay longer
