Excellent staff two things that made the stay average. I had a room at the front of the hotel 212 avoid if you can. Firstly noisy from road traffic and secondly opposite the lift and you could hear the mechanics of it operating throughout the night.

Nice, reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Exeter. The member of staff on reception kindly upgraded our room for free. The room was a good size and very comfortable. I have given a slightly lower rating for the condition of the room due to the condition of the skirting board in one corner, but it was only a minor issue. Breakfast was not included with our stay, so I can't comment on that.

Hotel is sufficient however parking is quite expensive. There is a deal with the multi-story across the road from the hotel but it requires leaving your car in the car park all day or further payment is required

Room a little tired and we were ground floor on the side of the road in town but we didn’t especially hear any noise, just didn’t feel we wanted to open the curtains. Breakfast and staff lovely

Excellent hotel in a good location for visiting Exeter. Car park is across the road with £10 24hr parking discounted from the hotel. Bar is good but overpriced Rooms were of a good standard we had decent nights sleep, comfortable beds & decent shower. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice to fill you up for the day.

Nice hotel, but a bit shabby in places bearing in mind the cost of the rooms. Food in the restaurant and the breakfast was ok. The rooms were very clean and staff were friendly and helpful, but more staff needed in the evenings in the restaurant and bar area.

Det är lite pyssligt att få ventilationen att fungera på rummet. I restaurangen kan det ta lång tid att få in den mat man beställt.
