This cozy and comfortable hostería is a true gem in the city of Pucón. I had just arrived in town, and was looking for a central place to explore the area. Everything about Lounge Brazil exceeded my expectations, from the location to the accommodations to the warm and helpful staff. Nothing is fancy here, but it’s perfect for an efficient and relaxing stay. The daily breakfast was extensive and delicious! (On that note, do yourself a favor and sample some of their home-made, freshly-baked desserts and pastries – I tried about 5 different options and they were all off-the-charts.) This is old-school hospitality at its best – and I can’t wait to come back!

Decepção! Na chegada , embora dentro do horário estabelecido pelo Hoteis.Com a recepcionista se recusava a nos receber , alegando ter nos mandado mensagens e que não tínhamos respondido. Depois de muita insistência, aceitou fazer nosso Check in. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto apertado e chuveiro que não sai agua e quando sai esfria o tempo todo. No último dia, tínhamos que sair mais cedo para Check out e embora faltava apenas 10 minutos para o inicio do horário do café da manha, a funcionaria se recusou a nos servir o café. Disse que teríamos que tomar o cafe solúvel que estava a disposição. Saímos frustrados para o aeroporto.

Very quirky/alternate accommodation. Staff were excellent. The room and ensuite were spacious. The breakfast was very good and you can have basic vegetarian meals which is mainly pizza. We had pizza which was excellent, however the menu is very limited and does not include any salads which seems strange as it is vegetarian. Smalland cozy hotel with some lovely sitting areas.

Fantastic breakfast

We stayed for 1 night. Check-in was fast and friendly and the room was of a good size. It's located close to town and the area seemed safe. Breakfast was excellent - one of the best we had in Chile. Unexpectedly, the room had Netflix which was a bonus. Negative points would be that the toilet seat in our bathroom was broken, and there was too much noise after 1am (not a weekend) which we think was coming from within the building.

A good quiet location on the edge of town.

A nice comfortable place to stay with an attached vegetarian restaurant. Offers a fantastic breakfast not like every other hotel in Chile. It is healthy and offers a good variety of options. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The room we had was large and initially a little cold, however the oil heater quickly transformed the room into a comfortable space. The building is quite old and a little run down, however it is clean and the bed is comfortable.
