Good luck

Very small room, small bed, dirty bathroom. Had no hot water first two days. Only supplied with one dirty towel. Ac barely worked so if you’re staying in the summer look elsewhere. I had issues with my code getting me into the various three doors every single day. So I’d come back late night and have to contact the supplied number and reset my code. Super frustrating. That said, the price was reasonable and the location was really nice in Madrid.

Never ever will I stay again!!!

The Linen is dirty seems it has not change for a week, it has (I think a saliva stain), and the bed is not comfortable the middle portion has shrunk, also the shower head has a leak so you can not expect the volume of water to flow properly in your head, WIFI SUCKS the signal is intermittently ON/OFF ON/OFF, lastly the neighborhood has a bar/drinking hub, its so NOISY till the wee hours of the morning!!!

The property was not easy to enter. I had to check in online twice first time the mail had no passwords/Pin for access the doors, second mail had but was still confusing despite working for a tech company. It took 1 hour in total to enter and it left me late for my meeting that evening. The room itself had a stained chair, TV that I couldn't work, air con, and a bed almost on the floor. The mattress was terrible, very thin and I woken up with backaches. The room itself had no desk to study and window was very small at the top of the wall with bars. It really felt very 1950 prisonlike. I was glad to checkout. The only good thing was plenty of hot water and 3 towels to wash.

Todo genial, muy amables y un lugar muy económico para alojarse viendo los precios que hay tan altos en Madrid y su situación céntrica con restaurantes y cafeterías en la avenida principal justo al lado y muy cerca del hospedaje...nos encantó. Lo recomiendo.

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear: las sábanas parecían no haberse cambiado en mucho tiempo, eran tan finas que se transparentaba el colchón, y encima el colchón no tenía ni una funda protectora. Todo daba una sensación de falta de higiene total. El baño también estaba sucio, con moho alrededor de los grifos y un aspecto general bastante descuidado. Además, el aislamiento era inexistente: en poco más de media hora escuchamos perfectamente a los vecinos de arriba, algo que hace imposible descansar. El trato por WhatsApp tampoco ayudó. La única solución que se nos ofreció fue que enviaran a alguien a “revisar la habitación”, pero los problemas eran de mantenimiento y ruido, cosas que no se arreglan en el momento.

Es sollte verboten werden, dieses Zimmer anzubi.

Das Zimmer hat meinen Erwartungen überhaupt nicht entsprochen. Es gab ein Fenster, was circa 20 × 20 m² Zentimeter groß war und nicht erreichbar war. Der Fernseher war kaputt. Die elektrischen Leitungen hängen zum Teil aus der Wand, so dass ich Angst hatte, dass ich einen Kurzschluss auslöst konnte. Dieses Zimmer ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Nada confiable

Fatal se hizo la reserva con anticipación, y al llegar al lugar nos comentan que no hay habitaciones, que nos van a reubicar, para lo que esperamos 2 horas más y únicamente nos dicen que nos harán un rembolso. Nos quedamos sin habitación y ya era las 8 de la noche, para lo que en ese momento nos tocó buscar otro lugar donde quedarnos. Ahora solo esperamos que nos devuelvan el dinero de la reserva, ojalá sea cierto.

Desastre el check-in.

Terrible el check-in. No hay quien ayude. El único teléfono con el que contábamos, que aparecía en la reserva, no respondieron nunca. Además, sin celular español no hay solución. El hotel solo sirve para españoles, o para viajeros con roaming internacional. Y el celular que funciona no es el que dan al hacer la reserva, sino otro que allí averiguamos. Más de una hora para poder ingresar, y solo lo logramos con ayuda de otros huéspedes. El hotel muy bien en todo, pero el check-in de más de una hora pasando trabajos y sin tener a quien pedir ayuda, un verdadero desastre. Más que decepcionante.

Lamentable

De 4 días de estadía ni un solo y repito ni un solo día se asomaron a cambiar sábanas ni limpieza ni toallas , si nombrar que por circunstancias tube que estar dos semanas en la anterior pagué casi la mitad , el servicio el mismo una vez cobrado ya te apañas tú . Ruidos de puertas que se atascan olor a " hierba buena" lo único reseñable la situación aunque jueves y viernes muchísimo ruido en la calle

Para mi gusto demasiados puntos negativos sobre el unico positivo que es la ubicacion de hostal. El check in a realizar por uno mismo via online y que hay que mirar con lupa ya que a nosotros nos volvia a salir a pagar lo que dio lugar a desconfianza. El hecho de solicitar una habitacion con baño no era con la intencion de tener la ducha literalmente en la habitacion pero seria el aspecto menos negativo. La habitacion a nuestra llegada si estaba limpia pero en toda nuestra estancia brillo por su ausencia ya que nadie paso por la habitacion ni nos han preguntado si necesitabamos algo para el aseo. En cuanto a la ubicacion...si buscas sitio tranquilo este no es tu lugar ya que por la noche hay demasiado ruido en la calle al haber varios bares de copas y las paredes del hostal son como carton por lo que escuchas entradas y salidas y habitacion contigua. Como lugar de paso para 1 o 2 noches maximo no hay problema

Había leído tantos comentarios malos que pensé que iba a ser peor. La habitación estaba limpia y sin ruidos,y la ubicación está muy bien. Lo malo: no funcionaba la tele, el mando tenía solo una pila pero le puse dos y no funcionaba; llame por teléfono y no cogía nadie, mandé un mensaje para pedir la contraseña del wifi y comentar lo del mando y me contestaron al wifi pero nada del mando, imagino que ya lo sabían y les daba igual. Cuando contratas una habitación con tele quieres tele y si no funciona es un timo. Y tuve suerte que fue la tele porque podría haber sido cualquier otra cosa peor o más importante y es imposible contactar con ellos para solucionar cualquier problema que surja, no hay nadie y no te cogen el TF. Tienes que hacer el check-in online y te dejan las llaves en una caja a la que accedes después de pasar dos puertas con contraseña( y en la página web de Expedia ponía que te registrabas al llegar al hotel y que había recepción: mentira) . Yo no tuve problemas con las contraseñas pero había una pareja intentando entrar a la que no le funcionaban las suyas,y si no les llego a pasar yo la mía no entran, porque también llevaban un buen rato llamando y no les descolgaban el teléfono. Hay toallas pero no hay toallero, la luz de la habitación se encendía y apagaba saliendo al pasillo (cualquiera te la podía encender o apagar sin darse cuenta). En resumen, no volvería nunca, horrible

Edificio muy antiguo, no hay mantas ni edredones en noviembre. No hay ni jabón en la ducha. Para acceder tuve que insistir mucho porque no me enviaron el mail de check-in y una vez enviado cometieron el error de querer hacerme volver a pagar aunque luego lo solventaron y para enviarme las claves la primera vez que lo hicieron solo me decían la clave de la habitación por lo que tuve que volver a insistir para que me dijeran la clave de la entrada. No lo recomiendo aunque te ahorres dinero porque vas a perder mucho tiempo simplemente para entrar a un sitio que ya has pagado y que es un zulo enano sin ventilación. Si solo quieres una cama para dormir es tu sitio.
