A simply amazing stay in an immaculate property. Staff was extremely helpful and the location may be the best in Madrid for sightseeing downtown. Close access to the Metro. Right across the street from a grocery store, restaurants galore, shopping galore and super easy access to transportation across the whole city (or easily walkable to so many sites as well). Arenal Suite is the most wonderful property I’ve stayed in on a city break like this. Absolutely amazing location, incredible communication from Christian (especially when our flight was cancelled and plan changed) - he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt at home. The apartment itself was stunning - so clean and spacious with lovely decor, fabulous bathroom, comfy beds and everything we needed.
