夫婦で東京競馬場のイベントのために滞在しました。イベントのためかフロントも少し混雑していましたが、スタッフの丁寧な対応で不快な思いもせず受付を済ませる事ができました。 お掃除も行き届いていて、どこもキレイでした。ひとつ気になった事が、部屋に入って匂いがとても気になりました。禁煙ルームなのでタバコの匂いではありませんが、何とも説明のできない染みついたような匂いでした。私自身が匂いに敏感な事もありますが、備え付けの消臭スプレーを使用しても、一度部屋から出て戻って来ると同じ匂いがしてその都度スプレーをしました。ずっと部屋にいると気にならなくなるのですが…。それだけが残念でした。 朝食は大大満足でした。品数もたくさんあって、全部食べたいくらいでしたがさすがに無理なので、悩みながら食べられるだけいただきました。それでも普段よりたくさん食べましたよ。 楽しい滞在でした。ありがとうございました。
