The location couldn’t be better - walking distance to Surfers Paradise, close to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transport. Super convenient and easy to get around. Well equipped apartment. Good bed. Excellent view. The balcony gets no sun in April. Simone was parked in our designated spot so we parked next to it and this caused issues with the owner and that spot and don’t went on. Unfortunately the WiFi was down in the whole building for our last 24 hours and we were unable to report it. As we were from the UK this was a disaster as I was still working and the time difference had a huge impact. The clothes maiden was rusty. The room I was in was next to the lift and was audible when people started their day at 4.30 am. Would I stay again? Yes but not in this room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The curtains in the bedroom could have had a bit more coverage as the bright morning sun lit up the room via the gaps at the ends of the curtains. The room didn’t have hand soap when we checked in, however the staff tried to remedy this quickly once we asked. Close to the beach, on the Broadbeach Mall and close the the casino makes it a good place to stay.
