Chambre propre Personnel serviable ,m’ont changé la chambre car la premiere sentait la moisissure de moquette Quartier très pratique ,je trouve que la region de tianhe est la meilleure de la ville . Par contre petit déjeuner est très limité ,c’est le seul point négatif . En résumé j’y retournerai sans prendre de petit déjeuner

The area is 10 drive or 45mins walk away from the main activities in Guanzhou downtown. 45mins might sound small, but after 5hrs walk in guangzhou downtown, you dont wanna walk another 45 mins to get to you hotel. The location of the hotel on Expedia and in reality is incorrect, this needs to be fixed.

Excellent overall

Very good experience overall. Very helpful and welcoming staff, great customer service especially from Chan in the reception. Would definitely come again… my only comment is that bed mattresses are a little stiff..

Bit dissapointed thought it would be much better than expected. No english channels on tv No room service or ordering. Seems like a small hotel. Lots of staff at reception speak english but quite a few dont I got food poisoning at the restaurant on lobby level and had to muss the canton fair from the day it started till the day it ended in bed with severe fever and stomach flu. The large crowds at breakfast makes it hard to keep utinsils clean and food safe with folks coughing and hawking over the food. Leaves the staff unable to properly sanitize tables after use. Rooms other wise were ok. Smoke every where from people smoking. Beds were super hard and hard to sleep on for people like me who sleep on their stomach. One thing for sure, i wont be back and will return to the3 or 4 hotels i normally stay at for the past 15 years. Be warned.. only good thing is its close to the canton fair, which i could not attend.

I stayed for two weeks during the Canton Fair. I appreciate the location and had all of my basic needs filled by Link Mall/Plaza just a short walk away. Negative: The bed was so hard, that is not 5 star. After 4 nights and the amount of walking at the Fair, I requested a change of room or other resolution. It turned out there are a limited number of matress toppers that I was lucky enough to get one, eventually. Previous to getting one, my whole body ached and I am not a sore back type of person normally. If you turn on your DO NOT DISTURB light, it doesn’t matter. You will still get your room cleaned, people knocking for ? And this one time, I came back from the fair early to a woman inspecting my room with the door wide open. Just to be clear, I only engaged my DND light approx every second day as I didn’t need cleaning that often. It didn’t seem to matter. I did however really appreciate my cleaning lady after getting used to everything but how was I to guess that? I would have liked my privacy respected more Expedia described the Banana Leaf restaurant as Chinese Cuisine. It is Thai and I wish I had known the correct cuisine as that would have been ideal for my preferences. I have to give credit for cleanliness, overall safety, location, and the proximity of Link mall filled in so many needs for a single female traveller attending the Fair.
