Staff were lovely. Room was newly renovated however it hadnt been vaccumed so the floor was terribly dirty. Bathmat was also dirty, not changed from last guest? Bed was good, linens ok, shower was hot. Good for price.

The new owners took over in Nov 2025. It really looks like they’ve put a lot of money in renovations. The staff is amazing and the service is great. Nice new rooms. I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this motel in the winter and had a disappointing experience. The parking lot wasn’t plowed, and the walkway and stairs were still covered in snow. We booked about three hours before arriving, so staff knew we were coming. When we got there, I had to call the front desk to check in and ended up waiting outside in the cold for several minutes. The staff member finally came, checked us in, and left again without clearing the walkway. We had to shovel a path ourselves to bring in our bags. The room itself was clean but here were several hairs on the sheets, and the fitted sheet was quite dirty with stains. The mattress was hard and not the most comfortable. There were no hand towels, shower mat, or hooks to hang our coats. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee or tea provided. The only positive thing was the shower — it had good water pressure and the bathroom was clean

The staff was polite and pleasant to deal with, and there was plenty of space to park (we had a trailer) which was nice. The room, was spacious and tidy but questionable. The bed linens had little black hairs throughout from the cleaner or previous guest & I don’t believe it was bed bugs, but some mysterious bug got us. We woke up with multiple bites from head to toe.. The towels were dirty/stained & the shower water was warm at best. Definitely would have paid an extra $20 to stay somewhere else having known.

Inn was being renovated and the front desk area was deserted when we arrived. We had to phone the manager to check in. The room was not clean. Found soiled bedding with discarded contraceptives on the bedsheet. The rooms are not soundproof. All through the night we had to listen to an elephant parade. Although plenty of parking is available, some inconsiderate a** decided to block us in with their motorbike trailer still attached to their vehicle. We thought the motel staff should have recognized the potential problem and dealt with it.

Well we got to the room the heat was off the room was about 50°, very cold turned on the TV couldn't change the channels and then the breaker went called the staff they could not reset the breaker so we had no TV no fridge no microwave. Very disappointed.
