Much appreciated the friendly staff, particularly Lucy at bar/restaurant who was amazing, also Alexa, Maya, and chefs Al and Marek. It was a superb experience, both hotel and restaurant

Rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were helpful and made checking in a breeze. The hotels location makes it easy to get to other attractions across the city and to the closest train station. Would defo come again.

Lovely boutique bedroom pub in a great location to walk everywhere. Friendly helpful staff with good pub food.

6/10 Bueno

Eftersom detta i första hand är en pub var receptionen ofta tom och man fick leta efter personalen i puben. Sedan var rummet för litet för min smak. Den kontinentala frukosten hade kunnat vara större.

The room was clean and quiet. The amenities were excellent and the hotel itself is perfectly located. The staff were really helpful and very friendly. The food in the bar was also excellent both in quality and value for money. I would recommend the hotel and the bar to anyone travelling to Exeter

Lovely central venue, really well presented with a lovely bar and restaurant and outside area. The room was fab, but be warned there’s a lot of stairs!

4/10 Aceptable

The bed is only 2 feet from the door. Not spacious. Advertised as combined bath& shower, no bath emerged. TV difficult to operate. The staff were excellent, helpful & professional.

Small room but well appointed. Very spacious and modern bathroom. Just down the hill from the high street, making the hotel quiet but well located. Beautiful pub below with great outdoor and indoor spaces.

Top level floors have rooms with slanted ceilings. This takes up air space and makes those rooms a bit awkward to move. The tanks up there make loud noises when filling too. May be a more pleasant stay if you book rooms on the 1-2 floor. Nice bar/brunch area downstairs and friendly staff. Near downtown.

Will stay here again when we return to Exeter. Very comfortable room. Especially appreciated nice toiletries, including conditioner and body lotion, and having a well lit bathroom with magnifying mirror made getting ready for the day so much easier. We enjoyed the vegan options and good coffee for breakfast. Lovely accommodations and super nice people. Highly recommend.
