Not what you’d expect from a big name like Hyatt.
We filled the form the hotel sent us to book the airport shuttle to pick us up from the airport after a very very very long day of flights.
We waited at Cancun airport for over an hour, but no one came.
We called the hotel over & over again, No answer.
Hotels.com tried to call them and also no answer.
We ended up having to take some very expensive airport transfer for a hotel that was 7 minutes away.
The hotel and room itself is very lovely, very clean, very comfortable.
The breakfast was awful!
No cutlery, no cups, no coffee, half the things were empty.
The things that were there were nice like the hash browns.
But in general, everyone was just standing around waiting for cups/ spoons/coffee/ food,
Hotels.com said they will ask the hotel to reimburse our transfer.
And the hotel itself and rooms and bathroom was very very comfortable after a tiring night.
