Lovely small hotel with breakfast delivered to room each morning. Staff were really helpful, and food and drinks were great. Easy walk to city centre and water front, and subway and PATH nearby.

8/10 Muy bueno

Outstanding hotel. Make sure to book a deluxe room with private balcony terrace overlooking central courtyard. Huge room. Huge bathroom. Excellent continental breakfast brought to room. Very relaxing quiet sanctuary.

From the moment you walk in to this small boutique hotel you are greeted with friendly, helpful staff. The lovely breakfast (accommodated my Gluten Free allergy) is delivered to your front door. Such a nice way to start the day! The attached (women's only) spa is amazing. Pool and lounge area for the guests was nice and relaxing. Only small complaint I have is the location. Within 1/2 a block allot of homeless, so it wasn't really a walking area. Uber solved that problem.

The Ivy is a unique, boutique hotel steps away from everything Toronto has to offer. My wife and I absolutely loved the mattress (slept incredible) and the breakfast on the patio was like being in Paris. Could not recommend the hotel more.

A wonderful hotel experience for myself and my wife. The room and its facilities were fantastic and great value for money. Perhaps for some non Canadians, like ourselves, you could be put off by some sights and people on the nearby streets. The hotel and its staff and many other local establishments rise well above this.

Our stay at the Verity Hotel was exceptional. The room was lovely. Beautifully decorated, spacious, an excellent bathroom and a lovely outside space that overlooked a courtyard where the birds would sing every morning. The room was very, very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bed linen and pillows were soft and luxurious. There was a simple but high quality breakfast delivered to our room and we could sit outside and eat the excellent pastries while we got ready for the day. All the staff were helpful, kind and courteous When we visit Toronto again we will definitely stay at the Verity again.

Absolute gem of a hotel. Location was great for walking to all main attractions. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, they were all lovely and really friendly. The hotel itself is exceptional, really nice being only 4 rooms, the rooms are large, clean and excellent attention to deal with the breakfast delivered every morning and bath salts in the room. The pool and hot tub are really good too. Would highly recommended this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised at this great hotel during our visit. From the outside you’d never know a hotel was there but the inside is just fantastic. The building is an old chocolate factory that’s been redone and includes the hotel and a very nice restaurant: the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were exquisite with lots of space and decorated like a picture in a magazine. Breakfast brought to your door in the morning and a surprise speakeasy lounge bar. Beautiful courtyard balcony and great place for sleep with roller shades for a dark cool quiet and very comfortable bed. Bathroom was huge and beautiful. We loved it and would definitely stay again.
