Aria Apartments

Great spot for our stay. A walk to beach, restaurants, cafes, and Pacific Fair. Despite being located in the middle of everything, we didn’t notice a lot of excess noise at night. The lady on Reception (?Georgia) was very helpful with our queries, and every day that we saw her she happily enquiried about our stay. Upon check in she did let us know about the TV remote not working, and replacement had been ordered, however this was not an issue for us. Whilst the weather wasn’t great (raining and overcast) for the majority of our stay, and beaches closed, we enjoyed the spa and pool onsite. The air conditioning in the second room didn’t seem to work as well as in the rest of the unit, but as it wasn’t overly hot during our stay, it wasn’t too much of an issue. Having visitor parking on site was also very useful for our visitors. Will definitely stay there again, thank you!

Amazing place but beds were like rocks. Air con only worked in main bedroom. Pool and spa were beautiful. Position of property was awesome, didn’t need to drive anywhere. Loved it, just a shame our beds were uncomfortable.

Great balcony & view. Apartment was not clean by my standards. Dining table was covered in greasy stains. We ended up using disinfectant wipes across the entire apartment before settling in.

Extremely poor communication by staff. If your policy is for a guest have to sign a piece of paper, it is your responsibility to chase it not the guest. To inconvenient a guest upon check out is not acceptable.

The size of the apartment was amazing and perfect position.

Fantastic location and apartment

Great location, nice big apartments. Some things are getting a bit out dated in the apartments.

Great location however the street noise was distracting (we were on the fourth floor) as was the repetitive clanging noises from a neighbour late at night and 5am. The apartment decor needs an overall pick- me-up and in the meantime it needs a good clean.

Property is in a central Broadbeach location. Can be a bit noisy at night. Parking is easy. Check in was quick and communication prior to arriv8ng was great. Hot water was a big issue. At times we just couldn’t get any - unfortunately always happened when reception was shut. Sometimes hot water came after running taps for a long time but water then ran hot and cold. Apartment was a good size.

It was very spacious and quiet, great views, excellent location, close to all amenities
