Lovely location and beautiful accommodation. Car park was very busy when we were there and there was some double parking. The balcony of our accommodation could have benefitted from some tlc. Also a little surprised to be charged for bottled water in room

We loved our stay at the Blackrock resort. We rented the studio condo and it was modern, well equipped, and comfortable. We were lucky to have a view from our couch but not all of these units have views. The Currents restaurant was very good and the lounge had a fantastic view of the water. Wished I had brought my swimsuit for the pool and jacuzzi. The staff were great. Plus close to beautiful trails. Could have stayed another day to enjoy the resort.

We had a fabulous stay at Black Rock. The suite we had was a good size, great decor, well furnished and a very comfortable place to stay. We had lovely views of the coast and rainforest. The hotel was in a brilliant location for accessing Ucluelet and Tofino and the beaches between. We couldn't find a single fault!

The location of this hotel is spectacular with ocean views second to none. The rooms were also excellent - spacious, clean and very well equipped. The eating facilities in the hotel need to be improved. Getting a dinner reservation at a sensible time required some forward planning due to the limited capacity of the dinning room. The table service was good but the food offering could be better to match the standard of the hotel. I didn't think it was good value for money but eating options outside in Ucluelet are limited. I was disappointed that the pool (very small) was out of action but the hot tub was available. Book all spa treatments in advance of arriving as none were available when I arrived.

This was a love.y place to stay for our 3 night getaway. The staff are very helpful add friendly. The only complaint was that the room wasn’t made up every day. They do a 5 day clean. If you want your room cleaned more than every five days you have to give them 24 hour notice. I asked if they were short staffed and the explanation was something about how it’s better for the environment. I understand that but that’s why I go stay in a hotel so I can be pampered and have my bed made every day. So for me, this was disappointing. The location is great. Walk out the door and you have access to lovely hikes. You’re very close to the town of Ucluelet and a short drive to Tofino. All in all a lovely place to stay.
