The apartment is well located and, once the initial issues were resolved, the rest of our stay was fine. However, our arrival experience was very disappointing.
There was a clear lack of coordination and communication regarding access to the apartment, cleaning, and the delivery of bed linen and towels. For several hours we had no clear information and were left unsure of what was happening or when the problems would be resolved.
The staff we met were polite and helpful, so the issue seemed to be with the overall organization rather than with any individual person. We even ended up helping other guests who had arrived without clear instructions on how to access their accommodation.
The apartment would also benefit from some maintenance, and the listing photos do not fully reflect reality. The rooms appear much brighter in the photos than they do in real life.
The apartment itself was acceptable, but the poor organization, lack of communication on arrival, and discrepancies between the listing and the actual property affected our overall experience. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
