Great holiday at Alusun Terranova Majorca

Spent a week with family. The hotel was family friendly and kept very clean. Food was good and had lots of choice. Sunbeds were always available around the 3 pools. Sally on the Entertainment Team was lovely. Would definitely return.

We had a great stay recently at AluaSun Terranova. The food was excellent, excellent cleanliness throughout, polite staff, rooms were great and very comfortable (the only grumble would be that the walls are very thin, so if you are a light sleeper it wouldn’t be suitable for you IMO). The pool area is great and plenty of sunbeds. Entertainment for both children and adults was great. We would definitely return. Great value for money.

We had a lovely time with our 11 month old baby. All the staff were excellent, really helpful people, went above and beyond with their service. Even taking time out their job to greet our little girl. Or only criticism is that the hallways are very loud on a night, however we still had a fantastic time. Pool and pool area cleaned every night, restaurant offers a great variety of food suitable for all palates.

The hotel is really recommendable. In my opinion it is not a 4 star hotel but rather a good 3 star hotel. The service and friendliness of the staff are very good. The entertainers are in a good mood and do their best. Quiet location despite the nearby Magaluf party mile. Best choice for families. The food was a pleasure at all times.

We were a family of 4 staying at the hotel for 1 week, wished we had booked longer! Our 10 and 7 year old had the best week, they met some lovely friends and split their time between the football pitch and pool. Entertainment staff were great for children and adults and the food is as you would expect with a 4 star all inclusive, everyone always found something to eat but we did eat out a couple of nights just for a bit of a change.

Hotel is well presented and kept lovely an clean. Food options were great with plenty of choice. Pools are kept in great condition with nightly cleaning as is the pool area with plenty of sun beds an terraces to choose from. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the entertainment team (especially VALENTINO) will just make your holiday!! He is so much fun around the pool, happy, energetic and so friendly, I've never seen everyone laugh an smile so much around him, he makes you want to join in but doesn't push if you dont want to. He absolutely made my holiday, he loves his job an it really shows. The hotel is great but it is definitely him that would make me book again. All in all a great holiday, with plenty of laughs, smiles an a full tummy.

We enjoyed our stay at Aluasun. The food was nice, the pool area was great and the staff were helpful and friendly for the most part. However some of the basic amenities were lacking andnwere not really representative of a 4 star hotel. For example there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste, lotion, coffee, nothing in the minibar and the walls were paper thin meaning adjacent guests returning can easily wake you up. Also the wifi signal made it unusable and my husband had to use up his data. A bit annoying when we had paid for this service.

I am very pleased with my 5 days stay at Aluasun hotel with my kids All the staff were fantastic especially Maga. She explained everything to my understanding and always smilling. The food was very tasty with varieties to choose from. Unfortunately we don’t have much good to say about this hotel after raising complaints daily about the state of our room each day we was told there was no alternative room and to raise the complaint via email… we have raised a complaint three times via the email provided with numerous pictures of the state of the room no reply at all. The whole time we was passed pillow to post no body tried to rectify the cleanliness of the room it’s a shame I don’t have a section to upload the photos as I would upload each and every one of them… I hope to receive a reply at some point via email! But I’m not holding my hopes high at this point! Same goes for Expedia them selves not helpful at all after raising all the issues with them also!

I want to say we’ve given the hotel staff almost 24 hours now. We booked this hotel on Monday last minute and left Wednesday for our trip because of the price. We only were able to come 3 nights. Last night was our last night. We came home from the beach at 8 PM. We went up to our room to find the hall in front of the door completely flooded with water, the ceiling was leaking. So, on our last night we had to pack up and move to a new room. Whatever, stuff happens. The woman at the front desk (Marga?) didn’t seem to care. I asked even for free drinks while we wait for the cleaner to make my son’s bed (the cleaner never made the bed by the way). We went up at 11 PM to a room that wasn’t ready for my kids to go to sleep. Back downstairs I go. Same lady tells me she surely sent the cleaning lady there …. Nope… 10 minutes later she brings us up blankets and says “it’s not my job, can you do it” I finally get my kids to bed. When I feel maybe a little bug on my arm. No big deal. We are in Spain. Next I feel one on my leg (I am laying next to my son on his pull out bed). I immediately check with the flash on my phone. It looks small and like a bed bug. I jump out of bed, check under his mattress sheet… sure enough. Baby bed bugs crawling in and out of the mattress pad. The hotel hasn’t done much. The woman working today was very kind. But haven’t heard from management and they said the exterminator comes MONDAY! What about the others on this floor? So disappointed.

Sängyn ja nojatuolin alla oli hirveästi pölyä ja muuta moskaa. Sänkyjen peitto ei ollut normaali pussi lakana vaan surkea räpellys, joka ei pysy paikallaan: normaalien lakanoiden välissä itse peitto. Suihkutiloissa ei ole tarpeeksi pöytätasoja, joille laittaa esim. puhtaat vaatteet odottamaan. Muuten tosi hyvä paikka, mutta tuo peitto on kyllä iso miinus.

Wir waren für eine Woche in dem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mehr positives fällt mir nicht ein. Die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen, das Personal an der Rezeption nicht besonders freundlich, das Essen ist vergleichbar mit einem China Restaurant in Deutschland. Es gibt eine sehr große Auswahl, jedoch schmeckt gar nichts besonders gut. Zum satt werden reicht es. Es gibt ein wenig Salat mit Majo und Aioli als Dressing, Fertigpizza, Reis, Nudeln, Kartoffeln, schlecht durchgegartes Fleisch und schlecht frittierte Pommes, Onion Rings,… Die Getränke sind größtenteils an die Wasserleitung angeschlossen und mit Sirup versetzt und schmecken daher ziemlich nach Chlor, ganz besonders das Wasser. Wir haben uns ein 6L Kanister bei Aldi gekauft. Die Cocktails sind sehr schlecht, viel zu süß und ein sehr künstlicher Geschmack. An einem Morgen wurde um 7 Uhr der Innenhof bei den Pools mit einem Laubbläser gereinigt, was ziemlich laut war. Die Zimmer sind generell sehr hellhörig, sodass man oft durch Personen im Flur oder das Zuschlagen von Türen geweckt wird.
