Do not stay here. Be careful of this place.
My son and i were staying in Toronto for a fun Mum & son weekend. I was speaking with the staff at BaySuites before we arrived (to get door code, etc). They were so kind and gave me early access. Wonderful! Thanks...but when we got to the "hotel", we couldn't get in with the code. Someone opened the door and let us in. So, we tried to get the elevator to work. No such luck, if you haven't been buzzed in by BaySuites. So, on the phone I get...my son and I spent the next hour and fifteen minutes trying the code, trying the elevator WITH BaySuites on the phone...and to add, my son and I were both wet and cold because of the rain. As well, during this time I spoke with the security guard and he said to tell the person on the phone that they DON'T ALLOW Air BNB type companies in the building but the BaySuites person insisted on continuing to try to get up to the "hotel room".
After that one hr and fifteen min debacle, we were sent to another building close by. We tried our code and got in. Thankfully!! But we missed meeting up with family that had a small window of time in Toronto.
We got to the room and it looked clean and bright! I was impressed but then my son sat on the couch, I was looking around until he asked, "Why is there a wrinkly sheet on the couch?" I pulled up the sheet and revealed disgusting stains! Everywhere. Gross.
I tried communicating w/BaySuites for compensation but they are talking to me anymore.
