We were pleasantly surprised when we stayed here for a night to break up our journey to Cornwall. The room was clean and comfortable although a little small but completely adequate for a stop over. The evening meal was good and the breakfast cooked to order was the best of our week. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a comfortable nights sleep.l and breakfast was okay. The hotel is run down and needs a revamp, both in the rooms and outside. Good location and plenty of parking.

Easily accessed just off the A38, with parking available. Very clean bedroom with a lovely shower, TV and tea making facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent food offered for breakfast including 'continental' and 'cooked full English' choices.

Breakfast was good plenty of choice cereal, juices, toast, jams, tea/coffee, cooked breakfast to order. Nice room good shower but very hard mattress which did spoil our nights sleep. Bar closes at 11pm and so does the building it’s in which includes reception can take drink back to room. Plenty of free parking.

I always stay at the Exeter Court Hotel when I visit the city. Straight off the motorway, easy access, and parking with a petrol station opposite. The hotel is always clean and well presented, the food is lovely, breakfast is included, but dinner is reasonable. I highly recommend the salmon. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful and management now recognise me as a regular which is lovely. The rooms are always comfortable, and they also have extra facilities like an ironing board and fan beyond coffee and hairdryer. Easy to get to many places in Devon if you use this hotel as a base.
