The hotel was extremely well located just inside the old town which made visiting a the sites easy and there were plenty of restaurants and bars within just a few minutes walk. The breakfast was very good and comprehensive and the on-site cafe very handy. Our only complaint, which cannot really be held against the hotel, was the positioning of a bar/nightclub right next door, on the same level as our room. The beat from the disco was very present and as we were at the rear of the hotel the clubs outdoor high terrace was just a couple of metres from our window and the curtains needed to be kept closed for any privacy at all - if you stay here you would want to avoid this. Other than this the hotel was excellent and good value.

The only good thing about the property was the location in the old town. There were no black out curtains when the sun is only down for 4 hours a day and with it down it’s still extremely light out compared to what we’re used to, the beds were camper beds with a 2” mattress, no fitted sheet, terrible pillows, and no sound proofing. We could hear all neighbours, anyone in the hall, anyone outside. There was also no AC. I wouldn’t stay here again. Staff weren’t very helpful and the breakfast was not good either.

Äärimmäisen epäystävällinen vastaanotto. Likaiset huoneet, verhoissa ja lattiassa likatahroja ja huone ja käytävä tunkkaiset. Mitä tarkoitetaan hotellin hyvällä sijainnillla? Ei anakaa sitä, että saisi nukkua rauhassa, hirveä bassonjumputus aamuyöhön asti. Kävimme pyytämässä korvatulppia, mutta niitä oli vain yhdet; luvattiin tuoda toiset huoneeseen vaan eipä kuulunut. Yöpyminen tässä hotellissa pilasi koko Tallinnan matkamme, ei ikinä enää tänne. Harmittaa niin paljon, että ainoa lohtu olisi saada rahat takaisin. Ebookersin maineen kannalta en suosittele pitämään tätä hotellia listoilla. Eikä todellakaan olla yleensä kovin vaativia majoituksen suhteen..

Hotel ubicadísimo, limpio aunque un poco viejo

El hotel está excelentemente ubicado, dentro del Old Town bellísimo. Es limpio, lo malo es que las habitaciones están viejas, podrían hacer cambio de alfombra, aunque están limpias, y necesita cortinas black out porque entra mucha luz y no se puede descansar al dormir.

Excelente hotel, muy como y buenas habitaciones, sin embargo el baño estaba un poco sucio y genera cierta incomodidad

Buena ubicación, personal agradable y servicial. El hotel está bastante nuevo y ubicado al principio de una calle muy transitada. A pesar de ello, no se oyen ruidos y se puede dormir. Lo recomiendo.

Dont book this Hotel!

I have never experienced so many unhappy, angry and so little service minded Staff before. We almost checked out the first Day. They dont have to smile, but at least have a neutral face. Even when we tried to smile or ask questions we where met with No service Mind and angry replies. I do not reccomend this place. Location ok, standard only ok, so there must be a lot of better options around!

Perustason hotelli hyvällä paikalla

Hotellin sijainti keskeinen ja autollakin pääsee oven eteen. Aamiainen keskitasoa. 5. kerroksen huoneen ikkunasta näkymät vain naapuritalojen seiniin ja kattoihin. Receptionin ja ravintolan henkilökunta avuliasta ja ystävällistä.

Great location, basic hotel

The location is the best! Hotel is pretty basic. We had a superior room which had plenty of room but otherwise it was pretty standard. I was expecting more from the hotel breakfast but it didn’t stand out in any way. You get your tummy full but selection is pretty much the same as other Tallinn hotels have.

Basic cheap hotel

Hotel was clean and in any way ok. Nothing fancy but did serve very well as a sleaping place in the heart of Tallin. Room was a bit noicy and beds were too soft for us. We felt that breakfast was too pricy compared to the selection.

Kaunis hotelli vaikka lattioissa jo pientä kuluneisuutta. Hlökunta respassa tosi mukavaa ja ammattitaitoista. Aamupalalla ainoat miinukset. Tunti ennen aamupalan loppumista jo puutteita sekä ruuissa että ateriointivälineissä. Lautaset lopussa,toisena aamuna ei veitsiä tarjolla lainkaan. Samoin esim munakokkeli lähes loppu ja se loppukin kylmää. Leikkelelautasella tuotteet vähissä. Hlökuntakin ehkä hivenen "tympeää". Tähän nähden hinta/laatusuhde ei ollut sopivalla tasolla. Kuitenkin seuraavakin Tallinnan reissu tullaan viettämään kyseisessä hotellissa,kenties ilman aamupalaa.
