The hotel has several positive aspects, and I would like to acknowledge the staff members who were genuinely helpful and kind. However, our overall experience was somewhat disappointing, particularly because the warmth and attentiveness that one normally associates with hospitality were, to a considerable extent, either missing or inconsistent.
Drinking Water : At the time of booking the room, the listed room amenities specifically mentioned that mineral water bottles would be provided in the room. Based on this, I naturally understood that drinking water would be available as part of the room amenities during our stay.
On arrival, however, we found only two 500 ml bottles of drinking water in the room.
When these were consumed, I asked a housekeeping staff member, who was cleaning another room, if I could have additional bottles. Her response was rather rude, and she directed me to reception.
I subsequently approached reception and was told that the hotel provides only two bottles at the time of check-in, irrespective of how many nights the guest stays, and that guests can drink tap water thereafter.
I find this policy particularly difficult to understand, especially when the booking information lists mineral water as one of the room amenities.
It also raises a very simple question: If I had booked the same four nights as four separate one-night reservations, rather than as one four-night reservation, would I have received two bottles of water at each of the four check-in
