Stay was great. Quick check in and check out process. Room was comfortable with robes and shoes as well as phone charger at bedside table for use during the stay. Breakfast buffet was good but not included in hotel stay. Indoor pool was nice, need swim cap to use.

As soon as I entered the lobby of the Ramada Jeju Hotel, the staff recognized that I was accompanied by an elderly person and kindly offered to carry my bag. The concierge assigned us a room closest to the elevator to minimize my mother’s walking distance. While all the facilities were well-maintained, the faint smell of dust upon entering the room seemed to be an area for improvement.

Stayed at the Ramada on our last day at Jeju. Enjoyed the walkable strip along the waters and the views from the dining area. Took awhile for us to travel from the aouthside and only enjoyed 45 minutes of pool time (kiddie pool). Outside pool was closed and indoor pool was sectioned off with lane dividers. Swimming caps are a must so either veing one or you can rent out for fees. Shower is available after usage of pool. Good assortment and variety of diahes provided for buffet breakfast. Staff vwry hospital and accomadating. For the age of the hotel, it has been well kept.

Hotel near airport, so u can hear plane fly by. Room is old but clean. Ocean front on third floor electrical outlet was minimal only one outlet for my hair straightener and iron board. Our family of four had enjoyed staying at this great hotel where staff were polite and friendly being helpful. Their sauna was spacious wonderful. Their gym facilities were excellent providing nearly everything even including a hula hoops and blood pressure detector. Their two swimming pools were nice to use and outdoor swimming pool had great views of watching aircrafts flying passing nearby. I would recommend this great hotel to other family members and friends for sure. Thank you so much for everything.

Pleasant stay in Jeju
Pleasant stay with wonderful views of the ocean. The building is a bit old but still practical and well preserved. We enjoyed the pool a lot. The breakfast is diverse. We didn’t try the buffet dinner as it was quite pricey. The E-mart store very close to the hotel is also very practical.
