Staffs greeted and helped us with luggage upon arrival. It was a warm welcome. On the day we were leaving,, it statrted raining. They provided umbrellas to everyone. we wanted to order a taxi to the airport bus station. Since it was still raining, the staffs drove us to the bus station. It was very touching. The room was new and very comfortable. The back yard, you can stepped out to the beach. You can enjoy the sunset and sunrise in the back yard through the slider. It was an awesome 5 day...

I stayed with my husband for one night only at Tropical Hideaway but we wish that we stayed longer because the property was beautiful. Location: It was located in the southeast of Jeju Island and we stayed here while exploring the southern part of Jeju. The closest attractions was a 15-30+ minute drive. The property was right on the coastline. There was a small walking pathway across the hotel that people would walk/ run along in the morning/ evening. There was a KBBQ spot next to the hotel...

I had a positive experience with checking in and checking out. The location of the hotel is fairly good; it’s of working distance to the nearby market, and there were a good amount of restaurants and cafes that were of walking distance. Laundry was a bit confusing. I was never really sure if I was supposed to wash my clothes myself, or if it was a laundry service downstairs, but when I took the elevator down to the basement, the lights of the breakfast hall that connects you to the laundry room...
